Love yourself and respect yourself, that's already an important and big step

Today people worry too much about physical. Many suffer from anorexia stop eating and eventually become sick or even worse. Others suffer from bolimia, who always eat and then going to vomit. And many make great effort to follow some crazy diets. I understand that many want loose weight because they think they will please more.The society is doing so with all the publicity, the covers of magazines with models,etc.. This all makes people more chunky feel bad and commit follies. Not forgetting how they sometimes are laughed.
For these people I  advice to do just a balanced diet, eat carefully and do exercise. You have to understand that the most important thing is to like and respect you own. Who you are, don't think you lower than others. Sometimes the fact of feeling bad in society is mental, because you don't like yourself so you think that others don't. Therefore it is essential not to feel ashamed of you or of your own body.

And never forget that physical is not all!! The person you are inside is also very important!!
Well, now I'm not ashamed of my body!And you people?! I hope not or that you will change that!
I know it's not easy and belive me I know it really good because I like to cook and I'm greedy. But I make an effort and do some exercice to have the body I want. So do the same but don't make you ill!!
